Kris Posthuma, MSW

Kris builds practical, value-neutral training and program tools that help youth-serving professionals deliver medically accurate reproductive and sexual health education with confidence. He leads HCET’s training strategy, designs curricula and virtual learning, and provides hands-on technical assistance to schools, community organizations, and programs serving system-involved youth. A former HCET facilitator and content co-author, Kris officially joined the team in 2023. He earned his MSW from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Outside the office, you’ll find him with his family, cycling, learning how to woodwork, and searching for midcentury modern gems.
