Intro to Facilitation
Description:
In this course, learners will be introduced to universal and personal values and strategies to facilitate value neutral discussions with youth, explore different learning theories, and learn strategies for effective classroom management.

Learning Theories and Reproductive and Sexual Health Programs
Objectives:
- Briefly describe VARK, Multiple Intelligences Theory, and Social Learning Theory and their implications on facilitating reproductive and sexual health curricula
- Identify at least three practical applications of these theories in reproductive and sexual health facilitation
- Assess reproductive and sexual health education curricula for greenlight adaptations using Social Learning Theory
Classroom Management
Objectives:
- Describe two strategies for responding to youth questions
- Categorize different types of questions youth may ask
- Explain at least 3 strategies for managing disruptive behavior
- Explain at least 1 strategy for preventing disruptive behavior
