Megan Arias, MSOD

Megan has been with HCET since September 2019 starting as the Training and Operations Coordinator and now working as the Training and Organizational Development Manager. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) with a BA in Psychology and got her graduate degree from Edgewood College with an MS in Organizational Development. Megan is a part of many internal teams such as onboarding, staff development, and DEI. She is passionate about creating a work environment that encourages others to feel safe and thrive. In her spare time, Megan enjoys playing with her dog and treating him like her own child.
